Production Technician, Total Gas Management (Woodlands) - 12 Hour Shift

​Highlights:

Working Hours: 12 Hour Rotating Shift - 9am to 9pm & 9pm to 9am
Work Location: 1 North Coast Drive Singapore 757432
No company transport
Gross Salary: Basic pay + Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:
1. During daily routine TGM site operation:
Maintain and operate bulk & specialty gas  delivery equipment at the client site, perform intermediate troubleshooting and repair of the equipment.

Perform daily rounds which include record readings, complete safety inspections, monitor online gas systems, verify toxic gas monitoring operations, and complete gas cylinder / pallet / trailer change outs.

Participate in Air Liquide and customer programs including but not limited to safety, training, operations, and preventative maintenance.

Operate TGM gas systems in accordance to procedures and operative instructions.
2. Safety / Quality  / Risk Management:
Comply with all HSE and quality procedures , including the proper use of PPE, forklift operations, lock out/tag out procedures, confined space entry, Lifesaving rules work at height,etc.

Follow proper procedures for handling spills/ gas leak /emergencies, pour-up of materials, and segregation of compatible materials.

Identify hazard & unsafe acts and implement safe working attitude.

Serve as Emergency Response Team member.

Ensure compliance to local legislation and IMS requirements.

Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Chemical Process Technology.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a materials supply or manufacturing environment working directly with hazardous materials; preferably experience in a semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas environment.

Willing to work 12-hours rotating shift

Qualifications & Experience:

 • 12+ years of Software Development experience as technical leader

• 5+ years of experience with at least one of the major cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google), building commercial applications using the cloud APIs for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

 • Hands on experience and deep understanding of major machine learning and data mining approaches, such as supervised learning, anomaly detection, structured prediction, reinforcement learning etc.

• Applied experience of Deep Convolutional Neural Networks, Markov Chains, Back Propagation, Radial Basis, Feed Forward and various other NN implementations.

• Has experience taking unstructured data (preferably IoT) and creating learning systems that can make decisions based on data trends and patterns using convolutional neural networks.

• Experience in creating platforms that can be deployed easily, updated remotely and handle large volume of data from various sources with high availability, reliability and scalability.

• Understanding of the Azure stack, IoT Edge in a multi-tenant environment.
